The Heart of Art Grant Program, funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), is focused on providing opportunity to local artists to showcase and sell their work at city events in the Hagerstown Arts & Entertainment District. The goal is to bridge the gap of connecting artists with customers, to lift the burden of paying a vendor fee to attend an event, and to ensure the artists will receive payment after each market.

GRANT AMOUNT

Grant recipients will receive $100 for each event attended, for a maximum of up to 10 events totaling $1,000. All vendor fees will be waived for grant recipients.
